1. How do I place an order with Injury Supplies?
You may place your order with Injury Supplies in any of the following ways:

A. Order Online
While browsing www.Injurysupplies.com, you may add any item to your shopping cart by simply clicking on the "Add To Cart" button. When you are finished shopping, click on the "Check Out" button at the bottom of the Order Summary page, or click on the shopping cart located near the top of any page.
After submitting your order, we will send you an email to confirm your order. This email will let you know the exact amount of your order, and when you should expect to receive your order.

2. How will I be billed? / How can I pay for my order?
Injury Supplies accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards for all purchases.

3. Is my credit card safe when I use it on the Injury Supplies web site?
All transactions are completed on a secure server. This secure server encrypts your personal information to make online credit card usage as reliable and safe as it is in a normal business environment.

4.What are my shipping charges?
Shipping cost based on total weight of products ordered.
We ship all orders UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. You may also select Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3rd Day Service.
Shipping time is 2 p.m. Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 2 p.m. will ship next day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are shipped Monday.

****Please be aware that taxes and duties may apply to your per your country's Customs practices. We cannot calculate or estimate these charges, and they are the responsibility of the purchaser.****
UPS does not make deliveries on the week-ends. Therefore an order placed on Friday for overnight delivery will not arrive until Monday. You can request Saturday delivery for an additional charge of $15.00.

5. Once I place my order, how long before it will be delivered to me?
Normal shipping time is 5-7 business days. To meet your immediate needs, Express, Next Day, 2nd Day, 3rd Day shipping is also available, at an additional cost. Please contact us toll free at 1-877-339-2250 for details on these shipping options.

6. How do I return merchandise?
Product may be returned for credit less 20% RESTOCK FEE and shipping & handling cost by:
Calling for Return Authorization Number within 7 days.
Product must be in unworn condition in original packaging and unsoiled.
Product must be returned with-in two weeks.
Return Number MUST be written on outside of box.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

20% RESTOCK FEE does not apply to exchanges. Your return or exchange will be handled at once so as not to delay the receipt of the products you need.
**Some products may be sent directly to you from the manufacturer, however the correct address to return ANY/ALL items purchased from Injury Supplies is:

**We cannot be responsible for items NOT sent to this address, or sent back to the manufacturer directly. The manufacturer will NOT notify us of the return, or credit your account. We cannot track an item for return that has been sent to any address other than the above.
**ANY ITEM NOT RETURNED TO THE ABOVE ADDRESS WILL NOT BE CREDITED FOR RETURN.
We cannot accept returns of items including:

  • Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Items that are not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts.
  • Items not in original packaging.
  • Items that have been worn or soiled in any way, shape or form.
  • Items returned without pre-authorization from Injury Supplies.
Any item return in any of these conditions will be return to the customer at the customers expense.

 

7. When will my order arrive?
What's typical for orders placed Monday thru Friday?
Typically orders placed by 2 p.m. CST Monday - Friday ship-out on the same day so that overnight orders arrive the next business day. 2nd day orders arrive the 2nd business day, and ground shipments arrive within 3 to 6 business days. Holidays are exceptions.
What is typical for orders placed Saturday and Sunday?
Typically orders placed Saturday and Sunday ship-out on Monday so overnight orders arrive by Tuesday, 2nd day orders arrive by Wednesday, and ground shipments arrive within 3 to 6 business days from Monday. Holidays are exceptions.
UPS does not make deliveries on the week-ends. Therefore an order placed on Friday for overnight delivery will not arrive until Monday. You can request Saturday delivery for an additional charge of $15.00.
